THREE SENIOR IAS OFFICERS GIVEN WARM SEND OFF ON THEIR SUPERANNUATION

Appreciating their glorious services, office bearers of Punjab IAS Officers Association wished them healthy post retirement life

Chandigarh, November 27:Three Punjab cadre senior IAS officers, who are retiring on November 30, were given warm send off by the Punjab IAS Officers Association on Friday evening here at Punjab Civil Secretariat-2.

During a brief ceremony, office-bearers of Punjab IAS Officers Association wished the Special Chief Secretary Mrs. Kalpna Mittal Baruah, IAS of 1985 batch, who was looking after the Cooperation department, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. R.Venkat Ratnam, IAS of 1990 Batch, was posted with the Jails department and 2005 Batch IAS officer Mr. Jaskiran Singh, who was working as a Special Secretary Jails and MD PRTC, a healthy and prosperous post retirement life.

While remembering meritorious and outstanding services rendered by these officers, Additional Chief Secretary (Development) Mr. Anirudh Tewari, Additional Chief Secretary (Power, New & Renewable Energy Sources) Mr. Anurag Agarwal, Principal Secretary (Water Supply & Sanitation) Mrs. Jaspreet Talwar, Principal Secretary (Health and Family Welfare) Mr. Hussan Lal, Chief Executive Officer, Punjab State Water Supply and Sewerage Board Mr. Ajoy Sharma shared their cordial relations with them and their experiences learned from the friendly working style of these officers. They also said that their vast administrative experience would always be a guiding light for them and future generations of civil servants and they would always be remembered for their valuable services in various important positions in different departments. All the officers wished them a bright and healthy future in their second inning of life.

Special Secretary Expenditure Mr. Abhinav Trikha, Special Secretary Finance Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur Sapra, Director Water Supply & Sanitation Mr. Amit Talwar were also present on the occasion.
