ACS RAVNEET KAUR TO HOLD CHARGE OF VC TILL FURTHER ORDERS
Chandigarh, November 26: The Punjab Governor VP Singh Badnore has accepted the resignation of Vice-Chancellor of Punjabi University, Patiala Dr. BS Ghuman.
According to a spokesperson of Chief Minister’s Office Additional Chief Secretary Forests and Wildlife Ravneet Kaur has been given the charge of VC until further orders.
Meanwhile, the Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has asked the Higher Education department to initiate the selection of New VC.
Notably, Dr. Ghuman has tendered his resignation to the Punjab Governor on November 17, 2020.
