Balwinder Singh uploaded a video on social media on March 3, 2021 alleging grave misconduct and physical assault by officials of Maximum Security Jail Nabha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Consequently, a Board of doctors conducted medical examination of prisoner, and nothing evident was found in his medical report. It has been found that the allegations were baseless, frivolous and were planned to malign the image of officers of prisons department. Hence, the petition could not stand before the Hon\u2019ble High Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Balwinder Singh is a notorious criminal with 13 FIRs of heinous charges including Murder and Theft registered against him.
